Where is it going now?

Since the first class when I only had three mothers sign up I have begun to wonder what other forms a group like this might take. I’ve wondered and discussed with other participants if an ongoing drop in style group meeting at somebody’s home might work better to connect people outside of the class and help mother’s feel like they have a place to be heard and supported. The group could be centered around ongoing issues of the Becoming Mother zine. I’m hoping to publish every three months for a total of four issues a year. The goal of the zine is to be a conversational space of authenticity, vulnerability, and hope for mothers.
